Formally established in June of 2000, Prange Building LLC is supported with previous construction and remodeling experience dating back to 1995. Quality, not quantity, is the cornerstone of this company that focuses on building homes with personality and unique features at a price that is typically lower than a fully customized builder.

As a member of The Monroe County Building Association and constructing homes in compliance with the Indiana Quality Builders Standards, Prange Building LLC. takes great pride in the superior construction and personal feel of all its homes. Additionally, the use of established, insured subcontractors provides consistency and quality workmanship with every project.

Aaron Prange is the President and Owner of Prange Building, LLC. A resident of Bloomington for over 20 years, Aaron began remodeling projects in the late 1980’s and then started constructing spec and custom homes in 1990 with the creation of Prange Building. Aaron is also a REALTOR and Broker/Owner of Structures Real Estate.

This active Monroe County Builder's Association member since 2002 serves as MCBA's Immediate Past-President . Aaron is also a State Director on the Indiana Builder’s Association, Inc.

Aaron is the President of the Board of Directors at the Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington.

Married, with two small children, Aaron enjoys flying in his “off time” and holds a private pilot’s license.

A life long resident of the Bloomington and Martinsville area, Matt is currently Project Manager with Prange Building.  With previous construction supervisory experience and extensive knowledge of construction infrastructure, Matt is hands on with each home construction and in touch with the needs and feedback of the client. Matt is a key player in the quality and efficiency of each home built.
