Bloomington is a wonderful town. Unlike a lot of other towns Bloomington is somewhat insulated from the highs and lows that you see on the news. Many people believe that the small Midwest towns will to be the ones to lead the housing market out of the recession. Which makes NOW the best time

to build. Why? Building materials are low. You can find deals on land and subcontractors need to work. There is truly no better time then NOW.
